    How to boot into safe mode in Windows 8 / 8.1 / 10?
    Please follow the steps below:
    1. If system cannot boot into Windows after POST screen, please long press power button to force shut down and restart the laptop. Repeat this action for three times then you will enter Windows Recovery Environment. 
    2. Click [Advanced options]
    3. [Troubleshoot] 
    4. [Advanced options]
    5. [Startup Settings]
    6. [Restart]
    7. Then wait while your computer restarts. 
    8. When you see Startup Settings screen, click [4) Enable Safe Mode].
